Dimensions are deceiving
Claims to be 8 x 12 but isn't. A punch mating more than one of them together prevents the 12 inch length measurement, so the actual inside measurement is much less than 12 inches (about 10ยฝ inches). I bought it to fit in a standard 12" wide grocery store paper bag, but the indentation prevents this. It's only about 8 inches wide, so the measurements are pretty accurate.
