WILL NOT WORK with CRZ

I bought one for my 2011 Honda CRZ. Needless to say, this doesn't work. I tried to contact the seller but received nothing. So, just to be safe, I bought a second one from Amazon Prime because I really wanted it to work. Nothing. useless
