I like that we have had amazing customer service all along! They are always eager for our business which is so refreshing compared with some of my previous experiences where you feel as though your needs aren't really important enough because there's no one in charge who wants what's best for their customers/employees (or anyone!). It takes time but if everything goes smoothly then everyone benefits from this situation - whether its employees getting great health insurance options or employers saving money by receiving better services than competitors at lower cost rates-it feels good when things go right :).
