Review on 🐠 AIBAO Aquarium Fish Tank Siphon and Gravel Cleaner Water Changer - A Manual Siphon Pump for Effortlessly Draining Water within Minutes in Fish, Tortoise, and Amphibian Tanks by Paul Stephenson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The suction from the siphon works, but there are still problems.

I've wanted to try AIBAO's new siphon and gravel cleaner for aquariums for a long time. Gravel is lighter. It's really easy to apply, but it's better to use the photo you see on Revain than what you see in the instructions. The manual says a pipe under the siphon, and I thought maybe I was missing a siphon. But I thought it would be much easier to use. Just one siphon and the debris will flow up and out. Unfortunately bad water didn't come out of the siphon while the siphon was working to remove dirt and watch the water rise up the pipe and I had to fiddle with the lever quite a bit. It seems that the lever allowed for better suction and water flow, but in terms of the water coming out of the siphon it was a different matter. Although I could use it as a regular gravel vacuum, I still have to deal with the siphon and water flow to get off the bottom. Otherwise I keep having to bend down and pour dirty water upside down.
