Bought these size 2-4 navy blue socks for my almost 2 year old (21m) son - shoes size 5. They fit my son just above the ankle (see photo to see if they fit). They are of excellent quality and thin, ideal for summer. I love that you get so many pairs that it doesn't matter if you lose a few because unlike other socks they still match. Also love dark socks because white ones get so dirty from dirt and can never turn white like when you first bought them, and dark socks hide stains if there are any.
