Big shock Poor DELIVERY and packaging

Shock absorbers are great but delivery and packaging are very poor. Sent back due to missing hardware and packaging damaged. They sent a replacement and it came back with no hardware! This time the shock held and I had to buy accessories to install it. NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS PART OF THE ORDER.
