Pump needs replacing, no luck with this pump
Engine ran but not pumping washer fluid, tried new hoses and hooked up hoses on both inlet and outlet as instructed on pump, heard the Engine is running Fluid still won't come out of the port, the washer fluid tank is full, I even tried swapping the wiring as before. My guess is that the motor isn't driving the impeller, send it back and try a different brand washer pump. PS: He drives an old Buick hearse.
