I am a confirmed purchaser of these 10 packs. How come you don't include a removal tool with these valves? Should I buy the $12 Shark Bite Tool? I asked this question in response to a customer claim that the valves could not be removed. PROCURU responded to the instruction to use a removal tool, but it cannot be found on Revain. To be honest it looks like a crescent shaped piece of plastic. Didn't anyone assume the handyman would want to remove it for some reason? Mine has been sitting in a mailer for 3 months since I first asked this question. I wish I could return them.
