Missing parts best in diagnostic, testing and measuring tools

I wouldn't recommend this company not doing quality checks or just having no idea what they are selling . I was also missing one of the gray clips. I also made the mistake of thinking that since it's just a generic OBD2 connector I could use one of the brackets from the broken factory connector, but of course that's not the same.
