It's that simple and you can drive #18 nails into softwood without leaving any marks, just experiment a little. You can also adjust it so that the head and 1/8" of the shank are sticking up, making it easier to pull the pins out when using them as a "temporary glue" to hold the wood in place for screwing in .Hand nailer for big regular nails, I've invested $105 in nailers and can hammer almost any nail I'll never need.Well made,simple,lightweight,great price.
