They are very well made, easy to open and install and easy to close for storage. Most importantly, they have a non-removable bottom sewn into the side panels. Most other brands have Velcro and just don't hold up. Wouldn't hesitate to buy more if I ever need them but considering their quality they will last for many years. We just moved in and used them to hold our cats while the movers packed and emptied the house. The pens have enough space for automatic feeders, a small litter box and a blanket so the cats were safe and still able to eat, sleep and use their crates. This gave them a safe zone during all the turmoil of the move. It really reduced our stress knowing the cats were safe because the movers insisted on leaving the outside door open while they loaded our furniture into the van.
