I have bought 2 of these and have tried both to no avail. I have a bachelor's degree in electronics and I am an electronics engineer with many years of experience. I know what I'm doing and how to make things work. I just wanted to stream from the TV to the Bluetooth headset - nothing I tried worked. The instructions in the box were completely incomprehensible and there was no technical support. The support I requested came back as opaque as the manual in the box. Very disappointed - look for a brand that stands behind their product, provides clear instructions and offers email and/or phone support.
