Review on 💄 Mehron Makeup Clown White Lite Pro MUA - Professional Makeup (2 oz) by Michele Russell

It's really pretty and very pigmented but it was full of bumps I'm not sure if it has air or something in it. Does it still appear unhygienic/contaminated? I'm not sure if I should use it or not. I don't remember reading about whether or not it's okay with that complexion. But be aware that there may be odd bumps in others. It also has small black marks, not sure why, it was never opened but when I received it didn't have the protective plastic seal around it. Doesn't look like anyone else used it. But this is very important. The color is good and very pigmented. And it would be really nice if it didn't look so sketchy. I'm not expecting a refund or anything like that. I just want to warn others not to buy.
