Review on 🔧 Spec.-Ops. Better BDU Belt 1.75" Width: The Ultimate Tactical Gear Accessory by Lawrence Reuter

I really like this harness. I first bought a Better BDU belt about 15 years ago when I was in the Navy. It outperforms traditional cloth straps as it is thicker than most straps and stays where you put it in the morning. My buckle from my original belt was metal as opposed to this new belt which has a plastic buckle. The paint on the original buckle has worn off but other than that it's still held up just as well as the day I bought it. I decided to get a new belt but still wanted to stick with this design. I liked my signature Spec Ops belt but was looking for a different brand. I was attracted by the fact that this belt is made in the USA, the other tactical belt is made in China. One of the things I noticed from reading other reviews was that the strap was backwards. I was confused when I received my belt because it was wrong compared to my original belt. When I first put the belt on it was backwards. Because the strap was upside down, it didn't hold the position as it should. I got it into the position I needed then it slipped about half an inch. I was angry. Then I noticed that the new black belt came upside down, with the logo on the inside. On my original belt, the SWAT logo faced the outside of the belt. When I received my new olive colored belt it was received with the logo on the outside. When I flipped the strap so that the logo was facing inward, the strap was immediately easier to adjust and much more comfortable to wear. The buckle was closer to my waist and fit better. Another thing I like about this belt is that it's quite stiff and doesn't fold easily. When I wear IWB and OWB holsters with this belt, it is very durable. The sling stays in the sling loops and easily supports the weight of the firearm. If you are looking for a reliable belt that looks good and performs great, you should definitely consider this belt. I highly recommend this belt. This is a quality belt made in the USA.
