I like how easy it has made communication across multiple companies because now we have one account, instead of managing our emails separately for each department/office/company. It's great! The only thing I don't really enjoy about this tool is that sometimes my colleagues are not able to see when they receive messages from me since their inboxes are set up differently than mine. So far so good though. We're using gaggle mail as another method of keeping track of all team members' emails within our organization but also allowing them access outside of work hours through other methods such as WhatsApp or Skype. This allows us to communicate with clients more easily during business hours by having everything under one roof.
