Very happy to see reintroduction and implementation

The ability for multiple users/contacts within our organization all using one account was something we needed, but didn't have at this time since it's been discontinued by Google (as of March). We now create sub-accounts so each user has their own mailbox with separate access controls which solves part 1; however not solved yet as far 2) permissions are still controlled centrally through gmail instead of having individual control over accounts like before when they were called contacts or…

Pros
  • Ability to manage large number pf people from single place without managing individually per se.
  • Easy group creation / assignment that doesn' use email addresses anymore just unique names assigned randomly.
  • No longer needing emails going out only internally if there is more then 5+ employees working together under an umbrella team identity

Excellent collaboration and communications platform

I like how easy it has made communication across multiple companies because now we have one account, instead of managing our emails separately for each department/office/company. It's great! The only thing I don't really enjoy about this tool is that sometimes my colleagues are not able to see when they receive messages from me since their inboxes are set up differently than mine. So far so good though. We're using gaggle mail as another method of keeping track of all team members' emails…

  • It's great for keeping up with work emails and staying up to date when team members need to communicate with clients or with other team members

  • I wish the system was more intuitive and not as time consuming to navigate around

Very easy, intuitive and useful for sharing/chatting with colleagues etc

The ease of creating groups, being able share files easily with others at work or school (and vice versa), using it as my primary means for communication outside from gmail when I'm not home/mobile etc - all very simple! Nothing really specific but maybe make notifications less frequent? Could be more straightforward if someone wants just one-onone chat they have no other options than Skype which isn't always ideal either due their fees so this would remove some barriers there too though still…

  • Great group creation tool to allow you organize people into smaller teams
  • Email client is great although does need improvement in terms email notification system.
  • Easy way send documents between colleagues without any restrictions unlike skype's free version only allows 1 minute chats per day

Easy Email Solution for Entire Your Team

I like how easy it was for us as individuals who do not have technical skills, or are just learning about computers/web design basics etc., at least so far we haven't had any problems with this app beyond being able learn more easily!
