I've only had problems with them and after a few hours of fiddling I'm going to return them. The audio is terrible. Sounds worse than my Corsair Void Pro wired headset, which was three times cheaper. I was hoping to hear more clearly in games like PUBG, but even at max volume I could barely hear what was going on, like being underwater. I tried to fix it in many ways but to no avail. The microphone didn't work in wired mode, which was very frustrating. When you flip the switch on the earcup, the computer freezes and requires a restart. I was under the impression they were supposed to work in wired mode, so maybe mine is just defective. The ear pads themselves are incredibly uncomfortable and squeeze my ears. After only 1 hour my ears start pounding. Very disappointed with this purchase and do not recommend. They are not plug and play and the functionality of the iCue software is extremely limited. Uncomfortable and very bad sound.
