Those of us who are looking for genuine compression clothing get very frustrated when we see that word in many clothing descriptions (and read reviews that say "too tight"). Yes, this top is tight, but it doesn't have the stretch/tightness of a true compression garment. It's a great price so I won't be returning it. Update after wearing it all day (and not posting the review): while not what I wanted, it doesn't seem to offer the support of a real compression stocking, it's a VERY warm top, and if you want that. re search, take it. Is it a good deal? Just so you know, I'm a 5ft 1in female, weigh 100 pounds, and have a flat chest. Buy boys sizes. I'd love to have it in a turtleneck sweater for a New England winter!
