(they look like a year later in the photo) I bought my son when he was a year old because he loves Elmo size 5/6, they fit last Month no more and now he's 2 so they've kept him for a little over a year, in that time they've never snapped or snapped, they look like Elmo, I'm really embarrassed, he's been playing with them more than he has wore them lol but when he wore them they fit true to size no wrinkles on toes nothing scratched him if he could tell us i think his only criticism would be his massive head when crawling or climbing on the couch got in the way, I can't comment on washing because he's never worn the house
