The description says "The non-slip base is 1 11/16" wide and is made of TPR (like rubber)." Unfortunately, their base resembles in not rubber at all.It's a hard white plastic, similar to Delrin.They're pretty durable.The screw mechanism seems a little loose, I feel like I need a lock nut to hold the height once I set it have.
