Review on πŸš— High-Quality Automatic Transmission Shift Linkage Cable Bushings for Chevy (Compatible with Cavalier 1995-2005, Trailblazer 2002-2009) and Other Models by Tony Francis

This is *not* a suitable part for a 2002 Trailblazer. Use Dorman 14055.

This is the equivalent of Dorman 14057. I have a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer and needed the bushing on the shift cable under the center console. That's *not* the correct part. It looks very similar, and Dorman's website even says it fits all Chevy Trailblazer models. Actually the matching part is Dorman 14055 which is also listed as fitting all Trailblazer models. My advice to anyone installing this part: Place the bushing onto the derailleur *before* installing the bushing into the shifter cable. Make sure it snaps into place and is not easy to remove. If you're having trouble getting this part into the shifter cable, just wait until you find out it's the wrong part and try to remove it. Pulling out of the shifter cable is 100 times harder than installing.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Mostly fine, but...
