
I really like that it works well across different platforms (iOS/Android) as we are using both in our organization - this makes things very easy when you need access from anywhere at any time. Would prefer if there were options available within each platform so users could have some control over how they wanted their data presented but still work easily via mobile devices. We use Kpis primarily to help us manage engagement efforts throughout the lifecycle of customer relationships (from acquisition through retention). This has been great for helping streamline processes and provide better reporting capabilities than manual systems would allow.
