OptiKPI Review

I really like the fact that we can see the data we need to make our decisions. It is very easy to use and has a lot of different features. I wish it was a little more intuitive. For example, when you are looking at a specific game, you can't see all the data at once. You have to click on each game to see all the data. I like most that it does what we needed - it works flawlessly (at least in our test environment) to bring valuable data about users' behavior into an Excel sheet so analysis could begin as soon as possible. Nothing particular except maybe some minor UI tweaks would be nice. Would definitely recommend testing this software even if your needs are not too demanding but make sure you have someone else who understands complex analytics involved when using multiple reports / views at once. I really like that it works well across different platforms (iOS/Android) as we are using both in our organization - this makes things very easy when you need access from anywhere at any time. Would prefer if there were options available within each platform so users could have some control over how they wanted their data presented but still work easily via mobile devices.
