Poor quality product. Not worth the money

The broom is poorly made. The bristles detach from the broom. Difficult to use. Too small. You have to bend down to sweep. This is the first time I have had to leave a negative review for something I bought from Revain. Definitely not worth the price. I've used this type of broom before - not this brand - never had a problem. How can I get a refund? Many Thanks.
