With baby number two on the way I was looking for a double stroller. I've tried many strollers and finally settled on this one. I received the stroller within a few days and the box was in perfect condition. I then opened the box and started assembling the stroller and found that one of the stroller's folding arms was bent in half and the frame had quite a few scratches and dents. The wheels looked a bit dirty. It looked like they were using a wheelchair. Revain only offered a return option and I really didn't want to go back and buy another one through Revain so I decided to give Baby Jogger a try. After a 30 minute phone call I was originally supposed to be asked to send in a new frame but the rep said she couldn't find a frame to send. Instead she emailed me a free shipping label to send the damaged one back and ordered me a brand new stroller for free. Your customer service has been fantastic and enough to make me a repeat customer. My first stroller was the Bob Revolution Flex 3.0 and I love this stroller. But when another baby is on the way, it's time to switch to a double stroller. I argued between a mockingbird and an urban eco. Mockingbird has only been around for a few years so the durability of these strollers was questionable and I have seen several reviews/videos showing how fragile they appear or how worn they become over time. On the other hand, Baby Jogger has been around for many years and is a highly respected company that produces high quality products. This stroller folds very flat compared to the Bob stroller. The Tencel fabric is extremely soft and the seat is well padded. .- The faux leather details on the black frame make this stroller very stylish and beautiful.- Assembling the stroller was quick and easy. - The stroller glides so well and is easy to manoeuvre. - Large basket and zip feature to create more space or ease of access. - Weight limit is 45 pounds per seat. that cool Strollers that are significantly more expensive in the market have a significantly lower weight limit on the lower seat. So this stroller will serve you much longer. I can go on and on about everything I love about this stroller. This is a really great quality stroller that will last and I'm glad I chose it. The only two complaints I have are that my little one is under two and her head is almost touching the canopy (but she's in the 87th percentile). for height). Another complaint I have is that the shoulder straps are a little cumbersome and frustrating. Yes, buying all the stroller accessories individually is definitely not fun on the wallet. But if there's one thing I'll ever say to a new mom, it's that your stroller is one of the most important investments you make. You really do get what you pay for and this stroller will last forever with proper care.
