I like that it's user friendly to use as well has an easy configuration process once you've set up your server environment correctly - which can be tricky! The interface could do better at communicating when something goes wrong or not working properly (e-mail notifications are helpful but sometimes they don't work). Make sure all of these things have been configured before using this software in production environments; otherwise there will likely problems down stream after implementation/usage beginnning.- Automated sample tracking & reporting system.
