06/10/2020 UPDATE FOR UPDATE: IT IS AUTHENTIC! Went to my hairdresser and she looked at it. She compared it to what she has in terms of smell, feel, texture and conditioning. Happy with the results. She explained that it was in the heat so the product thinned a bit and also when it was dropped in transit the seal came loose. After several hours in my cool bathroom, the air conditioner hardened. Happy with this conditioner. Works very well with my bleached blonde hair. ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Not sure if I should use this. It says it's new but the inner sealing has been removed and it feels a bit runny. Update: The consistency thickens the next day. high. Maybe it was in a hot truck. I change to 5 stars. But I will take it to my stylist and she will check it for authenticity when she reopens to customers.
