06/10/2020 UPDATE FOR UPDATE: IT IS AUTHENTIC! Went to my hairdresser and she looked at it. She compared it to what she has in terms of smell, feel, texture and conditioning. Happy with the results. She explained that it was in the heat so the product thinned a bit and also when it was dropped in transit the seal came loose. After several hours in my cool bathroom, the air conditioner hardened. Happy with this conditioner. Works very well with my bleached blonde hair. ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Not sure

I'm not the type of guy who thinks the product I put on my hair will 'heal' or 'fix' my hair at all, but this product does is 100% made my hair soft, silky, shiny and beautiful. While it may seem pricey, it's a lot compared to the 5-ounce size. If you use it for personal use, this tub should last a LONG time as a little goes a long way. This is a quality product and I will buy it again.

I usually go to the salon every week to wash and spin silk. Due to Covid I had to start doing my own hair. The first attempts with another product left my hair dry. I remembered that my stylist uses Wella Elements products, so I decided to order them. Huge difference! The hair is soft and slightly brittle. I love this stuff! I also noticed that other reviews complained about the packaging. I haven't had this problem. My container arrived in brand new condition.

I've been using this product 2-3 times a week as a conditioner/conditioner for a few years now as I've had some hormonal issues and my hair is really brittle and broken and looked shabby. This material is excellent - brought my hair back from the abyss and is now silky smooth and healthy. My stylist always remarks on how healthy it is and how few split ends I have, even though I style and color my hair regularly. God help me if they ever stop this!
