I bought this in gold and it matched the color pictured. It's light but really keeps you warm. I wore it over a long sleeve jersey top and it was enough to keep me comfortable outside on a windy, partly cloudy day in the 50's. I love it so much I'm seriously considering buying a different color to match other pieces in my closet. The quality is very good - I immediately ordered a cheaper acrylic ruan for a much cheaper price, there was no question I would leave it next time I had it.
