missing engine pre-filter

I bought this XL allergy pack from Lucy's Home Goods & More for my C3. The vacuum bags look real, as does the HEPA filter. However, motor pre-filters are not included, unlike when purchasing this item from Miele or an authorized dealer. I guess that's why the price is good.

Pros

Please note that counterfeit filter bags and filters do not effectively capture harmful particles. For all vacuum cleaners purchased in the US, it is best to only use Miele AirClean filter bags and filters.
