I should have posted this earlier to avoid customers wasting money on this item, but better late than never. The worst thing about this kettle is that the handle gets hot. Too hot to touch and if you do you will burn yourself. Why would anyone make a teapot with a handle you can't touch? You need to find a hot pillow or get burned. The next time I washed off the grease, the color disappeared where I was trying to remove the grease. Now all I have is a kettle that's too hot to hold and my eyes hurt. Don't waste money
