I'm a total snob when it comes to what I sleep on. I love a good mattress. So when I go camping with my husband, I always follow him, lugging a giant 5 inch foam mattress or something equally impractical. Well I bought it to have a bed to sleep in at my mother's house. I got it because it was a bit cheaper than a futon and more practical because it can be deflated and comes with a large bag. And it got top marks in consumer reports. I'm used to air mattresses sounding like balloons and when my husband and I get up from the air mattress the other person flies. But this bed was an absolute marvel. It looked like a real mattress. It's REALLY handy and I'll use it all the time, for guests and when I'm traveling and camping. My husband completely dismissed the award and thought it was ridiculous, but as he slept he admitted it was a good idea. And he still loves it now.
