The smell is amazing if only I could light that particular candle. This is my third rustic candle and my first problem, but it's a big problem after two candles burn so well. I think I need to contact Revain and issue a FURTHER REFUND. Update: After getting another candle and it did the same thing, I thought maybe it was a Revain memory issue. NO, someone assured me that they sell a lot and my candle works fine. To me, that means I had two bad candles that burned properly and filled my house with this wonderful scent. Then I had two that really worked and I can't smell them sitting next to them. I am not sending this back, but leaving it in a prominent place so that I can see my mistake every day! Update I bought two more balms and one of these and same again as they burned next to each other. No consistency as it burns. One (Christmas tree) glowed brightly with a 1/2-3/4 inch flame that created a full 1/2 inch pool of liquid wax that filled the room with fragrance. The other candle (balm) did the same as the original one I bought and reviewed above, proving to me that this isn't a scientific thing as 'someone' told me.
