I received a prompt and polite reply from James Emerson. He sent me a replacement cooler and an extra trunk organizer as a courtesy. It was more than I expected and very generous. The zip on the spare cooler is still intimidating. One tongue can be closed smoothly, the second only with difficulty. I think I'll only use it with a zip tab which should be fine. The organizer is a good size, not too big for the back of my RAV4. It stores things I need to pack in the trunk of my car.
