Review on Sierra International 18-5911 Heavy-Duty GM Marine Starter (Bottom Mount) - White by Bill Howard

Like it because it fits exactly like the OEM. Pulling out the old one and installing the new one was a chore. One screw is long and the other is short for those of you thinking of buying one. For reference, both screws are under the starter that secures it to the engine. My engine is on a 1986 4Winns 16ft ski boat and has a 140hp engine. Haven't taken it to the lake yet, so verdict on how well it will work is unknown. My old one still worked, but 30 years have reached their limit. I keep the old one as a backup. I will update my review after a walk by the lake.
