Too bad there isn't a 4.5 variant, because I would give that to this article instead of 4.00. I really like the vacuum quencher - it keeps my drinks cold for hours and is perfect for my purpose. I even like the way it looks. I have two little quirks that keep me from giving a five. Firstly, the lid can be difficult to unscrew and I think people with arthritis or small hands might struggle with that. My hands are so small I have to use something to hold the cup in place by unscrewing the lid with both hands. Second, it's missing something that would prevent leakage through the hole in the top that other Stanley mugs have. I have an old 30 ounce Stanley double wall mug that looks almost exactly like a vacuum extinguisher except it's just plastic. The straw of this mug is surrounded by a stopper that closes the open space between the body of the straw and the rim of the hole in the lid. It never spilled when tipped over. I don't really know why Stanley left that out when designing the vacuum damper, as the damper will actually leak if it capsizes and it's not necessary as Stanley already has the solution on hand. Again, these aren't major complaints. I would definitely buy this product again.
