Torn on FIRST USE

Bought for my son's birthday last month. He weighs 80 pounds and his brother 50 pounds. Together they were well below the weight limit. They just wobbled when I squeezed them and a nice 3 inch tear ripped along the seam. So disappointed that such an expensive gift was ruined within minutes of use and THERE IS NO WAY TO REFUND OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT&gt;
