Zipper sucks: everyday backpacks

This backpack looks great in yellow. Very spacious, worked for 2 months. At that time the zipper didn't close properly, so I closed/unzipped the backpack to make sure it closed properly. It's been about 6 months since I bought it and the zipper doesn't work fully and the backpack won't close at all. :/
