Review on BICYACO by Richard Eledge

The online store that BICYACO operates leaves much to be desired. The company assured me that they carried a large variety of high-quality lighting supplies, but I was unable to find what I needed. The driving lights weren't very bright, so they were barely able to illuminate the road. The fog lights did not impress me however, as they did not give me the visibility I required while driving in foggy situations. The spotlights were also badly made, only lasting a matter of weeks before giving out entirely. However, that wasn't the end of our dismay. Installation was a problem due to the bad design of the lighting units. I tried contacting customer service for help, but I only got unhelpful and condescending responses. Overall, I was disappointed and frustrated while shopping from BICYACO's website. My advice is to go elsewhere if you need high-quality light bulbs. The products from BICYACO are disappointing, and their customer service is much worse. Don't bother with this poorly lighted rip-off for the sake of your time or money.
