Note the instructions!

Insert 1.875. The instructions call for a 2" hole saw, but this leaves about 1mm between each of the mounting holes and the main hole and exact centering is required to mark them. This also leaves less room for a moisture-resistant seal. For the best fit, drill a 1 7/8 inch diameter hole (if you can find a hole saw that size). This provides a tight fit, better assembly security and less room for water to enter the holes.
