Review on Rotary Grater Stainless Steel Handheld Rotating Cheese Grater with 4 Drum Drums for Hard Cheese Grating Chocolate Nuts Kitchen Tool by Timothy Bobbert

Thin and thin; difficult to use.

I thought stainless steel was very strong, but the metal the shredder is made of is thin and fragile. The handle can wobble back and forth which means it doesn't always fit in the box and hold the object being shredded. This makes it difficult to hold and makes it difficult to use. I was able to hold him firmly and gently, but he could not easily shred the cheese until the cheese had formed a curve that matched the shape of a cylinder. I don't know if you can tell from the video, but even then it wasn't very smooth. Also, I had to trim the cheese so it was completely inside the box as the handle kept twitching and falling off if anything was sticking out. Until a curve formed in the cheese, it twitched from all sides and could not turn evenly. He can't grind nuts. I haven't tried it because if it can't handle high-quality Parmesan, nuts wouldn't be an option. The cylinder doesn't always go in smoothly because the latch will swing back and forth and miss the hook. I love that there are four options, but it's so hard to use that I actually find it faster to use a flat grater. I send back. I will not order a replacement because the whole device is so weak that it cannot be an isolated defect.
