The other bad part was that it only lasted 8 months and the water pump stopped working. So you should buy an extended warranty. They took care of me in no time. But to be honest, we run the entire bank at least 3 times a day, 7 days a week. (we love coffee very much) I would buy it again anytime. In fact, with the extended warranty and $25 coupon, I only paid $3 for a new one. Like I said, if you use it diligently it's a good bet you need a guarantee. Enjoy!
