I wasn't expecting to enjoy the weighted blanket as much as I received it a few days ago. 20lbs doesn't seem too heavy for something of this size, but fear not - once you're under that the weight distribution is so comfortable and perfect. At first I was concerned that it was smaller than my bed and possibly smaller than me (I'm 5'11"), but then I realized that if it dangled over the edge of my bed it would probably end up on the floor There are also loops there to help you secure it in a duvet cover or garland of two together for a larger bed. However, I have alternately draped it over my duvet and between my bed sheet and my duvet - both are fine though having it under the duvet keeps it from shifting at night which brings me to my final comment this duvet has helped me sleep better and not toss and turn as much while I sleep love it and have it already recommended her to several friends!
