I have to admit the look of this dog bag is very modern and looked great when traveling to match our Tumi luggage. However, it is not long-lasting! I think they thought of almost everything except the flash. I hope they return to the drawing board because everything else in this bag is awesome! We were traveling with a ten pound Cavadoodle and unfortunately the zipper came undone and became an extra chew toy instead, which put us in a bind on a flight from Denver to Santa Barbara. They also never responded to my voice messages but did the right thing after communicating through Revain and gave me full marks. I donated a damaged bag to a woman with an 8 year old dog she brought to the Buku, she just can't close it but at least the dog can sit in it in the sun. Happy to find a lucky owner who picked it up rather than throwing it in the bin, good luck!
