Never plugged in, never turned on, dammit I didn't screw the handle on in 10 seconds before I found out the vacuum was wasting my time and money on this toy. The dust canister snaps into the body of the vacuum, you would expect the other mount to snap into place for the actual suction, but no, you get a rubber grommet for the connector to sit against the dustbin, not even a flush fit! In summary, not only is this a terrible product, but the type of products that are eroding consumer confidence and the very fabric of our economy where companies cut corners and offer crappy products to consumers needs to stop. This is nonsense, a person should not worry about being deceived by the company, like a damn vacuum cleaner.
