Review on πŸ’Ž The Beadsmith Sticky Bead Mat: 5.5 x 3.25 inches Grey Anti-Slip Pad - Rinse and Reuse Technology: Perfect Accessories for Diamond Painting, Jewels, and Beads by Karla Richter

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Compact and sticky!

This mat really works to control your beads! They are easy to pry off the pad one at a time with your fingers or a pin, but the beads will not fall off even if the pad is held at an angle (don't shake them though). Unfortunately, cat hair also adheres very well. No glue residue is left behind. The same technology is used to stick the electrodes of the TENS machine to the skin. So if you don't move too much, you can also attach it to your arm. Both sides are sticky. I don't sew much but the pad sticks to my hand and holds a small spool of thread, a few buttons, and a needle threader as much as I need. Hooks don't hold up well. When it's no longer sticky or covered in cat hair, either rinse it out or spray it with water and let it dry a bit. The small size (3 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches) suits me, but Beadsmith makes larger versions as well. I haven't tried it in a moving car, but I think there might be ways to put it on a non-woven dashboard or center console. Put the plastic protectors back on and they're sticky for next use. but I think there might be ways to put it on a non-woven dashboard or center console. Pros
  • USE: Can be used for bead and jewelry making, diamond painting and dot work. Use it in your car to keep loose change and other small items organized.
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
