My do is 19#. According to their sizing instructions, he was a medium. The neck fit great. The belly was a different issue. I have it maxed out and really needed a good 1-2" of length. The leash itself is shorter than most standard leashes and the handbook to the leash is half the size of a standard leash loop.meaning my hands can't fit into the loop.Don't get me wrong, the sewing is sturdy, the materials used are quality, and it is very aesthetically pleasing. The harness just needed 2" more length at the belly, the leash loop needed about 4-6" more material, and the leash length needed another foot or so.All-in-all, were it not for these issues, this would be a 5-star product.
