The item arrived boxed and compressed. I didn't open it but gave the foam to the woman who made the case for me. When she opened the foam it had a horrible and very strong chemical smell. The smell was so terrible that she couldn't keep the foam in her house. She then learned the smell was from a flame retardant chemical that is highly carcinogenic. Because the smell was so bad and the smell came from carcinogens, I asked them not to use foam. So now I've lost $103 and can't get my money back because I'm 4 hours from this house and can't get there to wrap it up and ship it back. And I would never let that foam condense like it should have been sent back in a smaller box - now I'd have to get a huge box for it. Also, I wouldn't want to get too close to him since I'm already recovering from cancer. I also had to spend $155 on new foam that the seamstress would now have to buy for me. I really hope someone from Revain calls me about this product.
