This product should be listed for very advanced users. We had issues with parts breaking (which is common with this type of wood set), but when a key part broke beyond repair, I turned to the Revain company and community for advice on how to order and receive a replacement part . I could not receive the item because the seller did not reply and therefore the whole block could not be completed. This shook my teenager's confidence in projects like this as it was the project she most wanted to complete. Disappointed that the seller and manufacturers couldn't keep a better eye on broken parts considering how soft and transportable balsa can be. Other competing manufacturers will ship replacements with no problem.
