Not for side sleepers

I am very disappointed with this pillow. It's hard for me to get used to, maybe because I sleep on my side. I was hoping this would help with the ongoing neck pain but can't find any relief to be honest it's probably worse. Unfortunately I don't think I have the option of returning this product as once it comes out of the box and expands to its full size you can't put it back in the box. It is not suitable for side sleepers.
